Weapons Transfer Course

Next Session: TBA

This course look at the specifics of performing transitions between weapon systems while under pressure to act, make decisions and move- or take cover.

The course is very high paced, dynamic and demanding, physically, mentally and emotionally- we try to keep it fun,  yet serious and professional.

The different systems studied include long guns (rifle, machine gun, shotgun) side arms (pistol, revolver) and throwing knives.

While we will not spend much time on the basic functionalities of each system, you will be guided through the different carries, gear, methods, personal preferences, safety, platforms, slings and much more.

The emphasis of the course is to give the student an intimate understanding of the different ways of transferring from one weapon system to another, while under pressure.
Being healthy, fit and having smooth, functional systems is a bonus and an advantage.
The course is physical and requires students to perform multiple tasks involving both gross and fine motor skills simultaneously ( such as going up and down and changing a magazine, or reloading).

It is an extremely educational and specialized course, and very fun!

THERE IS NO LIVE SHOOTING AT THIS COURSE- PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BRINGING ANY FIREARMS.

***IT IS NOT NECESSARY, BUT STUDENTS WHO WANT TO USE A SHOOTING PLATFORM MUST SUPPLY THERE OWN AIRSOFT LONG RIFLE/AND OR PISTOL GEAR.  WE HAVE BASIC GEAR THAT WE CAN LEND, BUT IT IS LIMITED AND OFTEN DAMAGED AND NON FUNCTIONAL.
IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH DRILLS AND PROGRESSIONS IF YOU ARE NOT ACTUALLY SHOOTING.

Feel free to bring your own throwing knives, and preferred holsters.
