Systema regular classes.
Beginners and experienced students attend regular Systema classes together.
Seasonally, Roots offers regular Systema training on Denman Island. Classes give you regular opportunities to practise and build on previous sessions.
Systema at Roots is studied through movement, breath, relaxation, structure, and form. You can begin without previous experience or continue training from your current level.
