Personal Training

We offer customized personal training experience for individuals seeking to further develop their health, fitness, or martial arts skills.

Depending on your needs and goals, we will develop a training regimen which will include one-on-one training time with specific instructors along with targeted “homework”.

Be it trauma recovery or a simple hand to get you started on your training regimen, our personal training services are well worth it.  We will look at where you are at, and what you are trying to reach.  Together we will design a realistic program and help you implement it and keep track of your success.

We have instructors available for private sessions at our Dojo location, or in the Lower mainland.
